You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes

• Introduce malware or disrupt the platform
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Commit fraud, including chargeback or identity fraud
• Harass others or share harmful or discriminatory content

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or harmed other users. You may stop using Voyekat anytime by contacting us. You remain responsible for obligations incurred before termination.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Voyekat, Transup Tech LLC, and their affiliates, directors, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyekat, Transup Tech LLC, and their affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from claims and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms. This obligation survives termination.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms are effective when posted. Continued use after posting means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Transup Tech LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration under applicable rules where permitted by law.
